Does every co-ownership get its own invoice?
Yes. Each owners’ association receives a separate monthly invoice, payable by bank transfer or direct debit.
And if a resident makes a complaint?
Pass the complaint on to us. We compare it with the photos from the last visit and, if something wasn’t right, we come back within 48 hours.
Can we start with a single building?
Certainly. There’s no long commitment: every contract can be cancelled monthly, with one month’s notice.
Do you take on small buildings too?
Yes, from a small building with a handful of flats to large residences with an underground car park.
