A tidy site is a safer site, and one that moves faster. We plan our visits hand in hand with the site manager, so that each new trade starts on a clear, low-dust surface.

What we do
Regular site cleaning
- Floors and stairs swept and vacuumed
- Keeping walkways and passages clear
- Cleaning the site hut or temporary welfare facilities, if agreed
Getting ready for PUR spraying
- Subfloors made completely dust-free with an industrial vacuum
- Loose debris, mortar and tape removed
- Corners and edges checked one by one
Site waste
- Collecting the site waste that falls within our remit
- Sorting it according to the site’s waste streams
- Taking it to the skips or the recycling park (recyparc), as agreed
Optional extras: Window cleaning between phases, Photo report after each visit, A final handover clean when the project ends

No two jobs are alike. Your quote takes these factors into account:

Our methods
- HEPA vacuumingIndustrial vacuum cleaners fitted with a HEPA filter capture fine building dust instead of blowing it back into the room.
- Microfibre & colour-coded zonesMicrofibre cloths and mops trap the finest dirt using very little water or product. Each zone (washrooms, kitchen, offices) has its own colour, so dirt is never carried from one room to the next.

Can you get a floor PUR-ready at short notice?
We do everything we can to fit your schedule. Tell us the spraying date as early as possible and we will plan our visit just before it.
Will you take away all the site waste?
We collect and sort the waste that falls within our remit. Large volumes of rubble or special waste are discussed beforehand and quoted separately.
