Respectful house and property clearance
Clearing a home is a heavy task, all the more so after losing someone close. We work with discretion and respect, set aside everything the family wishes to keep, and hand the property back swept or fully cleaned, so you have one less thing to carry.

This service is for you if…
- Families who must empty the home of a parent or relative who has passed away.
- Owners and landlords at the end of a tenancy or ahead of a sale.
- Older people moving to a smaller home or into a care home.
- Property managers and businesses with cellars, attics, storerooms or offices to empty.

How we go about it
Visit on site
Free and with no obligation. We assess the volume, the access and what the family wishes to keep.
A quote made to measure
Clearance, disposal and cleaning in a single quote that states clearly what is included.
Clearing room by room
One room after another, taking great care of everything that is to be kept.
Final walk-round
We walk through the empty, clean property with you, or send you a photo report.
What shapes the price
No two jobs are alike. Your quote takes these factors into account:
- Volume of contents to remove
- Floor level, lift access and parking
- Volume and type of waste
- Heavy items or furniture to dismantle
- Finish required: swept or fully cleaned
Our methods
- Microfibre & colour-coded zonesMicrofibre cloths and mops trap the finest dirt using very little water or product. Each zone (washrooms, kitchen, offices) has its own colour, so dirt is never carried from one room to the next.
- Dry steamVery hot steam carrying little moisture dissolves grease and deposits with minimal product. Ideal for grout, washrooms, stainless steel and kitchens.
Questions we often hear
Do I have to be there during the clearance?
No. After the site visit, we can work with a key. You receive photos at the start and at the end.
What happens to items that can still be used?
Anything the family wishes to keep is set aside. Usable items go to a second-hand shop or charity where possible; the rest is sorted and disposed of in line with the regulations.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week of the quote being accepted. If there is a deadline, such as a check-out inventory or a sale, we plan around it.
