Who we are and how we work

Cleaning is a craft. What makes the difference is careful preparation, the right technique and attentive follow-up, not grand promises.

Opti2clean in a nutshell

Opti2clean Solutions cleans homes, businesses, apartment buildings and building sites in Brussels and throughout Wallonia. We rely on a stable team, a clear cleaning plan and the right technique for each material, and you keep the same contact person from your first question to the final check. We work in French and English, which many international families and organisations appreciate. Our O₂ logo says what we are after: fresh air and a healthy space. Our signature, in French: ‘Votre espace respire.’ – your space can breathe.

Our values in practice

A single contact
You always know who to call, whether it’s a question, a change or a remark.
Agreed in writing
Tasks, frequency and arrangements are written into your quote and cleaning plan. No surprises.
A method for each material
We ask about your floors, facades and finishes, and we test before we start.
Discreet and dependable
Clear rules for keys, alarms, access and privacy inside your building.
Safety first
Protective equipment, proper gear for working at height and respect for site rules.
Products used wisely
The right product in the right dose. If a greener option works just as well, that’s the one we use.

Our method in five steps

Listen
What are your expectations, what bothers you today, which areas are critical?
Assess
A tour of the premises or a look at your photos: materials, surfaces, access and risks.
Plan
A quote listing the tasks for each zone, the frequency and the time slots.
Carry out
A regular team who know your building and your arrangements.
Follow up
Brief check-ins and adjustments. If something isn’t right, we put it right.

A regular team, familiar faces

It is always the same people who come to you. They know your premises, your instructions and your habits; if someone is away, a colleague already trained on your site steps in.
