Deep cleaning and spring cleaning, top to bottom
There comes a moment when routine cleaning no longer does the job. A deep clean tackles everything that usually gets left, from the ceiling fan to the grout lines, with the right technique for each surface, so your space feels genuinely new again.

This service is for you if…
- Homes and offices ready for a fresh start after a long time.
- Kitchens, canteens and washrooms where baked-on grease or limescale has built up.
- Buildings whose high ceilings, light fittings and ventilation rarely get attention, such as a tall-ceilinged Brussels town house or a converted Walloon farmhouse.
- A first deep clean before a regular cleaning schedule starts.

How we go about it
Assessing the job
From photos or a visit, we gauge the scope, the materials and the time needed.
Getting ready
We agree what will be cleared beforehand and protect floors and furniture where needed.
From ceiling to floor
We work methodically from the top down, so nothing gets dirty again once it is done.
Final walk-round
We go through the rooms together and put right any remaining details on the spot.
What shapes the price
No two jobs are alike. Your quote takes these factors into account:
- Surface area and number of rooms
- Degree of soiling
- Ceiling and light-fitting height
- Materials and finishes of walls and floors
- Whether furniture has to be moved
Our methods
- Dry steamVery hot steam carrying little moisture dissolves grease and deposits with minimal product. Ideal for grout, washrooms, stainless steel and kitchens.
- DegreasingAlkaline cleaners break down grease on kitchens, filters, machinery and floors. We adapt the strength to each surface and rinse thoroughly afterwards.
- Microfibre & colour-coded zonesMicrofibre cloths and mops trap the finest dirt using very little water or product. Each zone (washrooms, kitchen, offices) has its own colour, so dirt is never carried from one room to the next.
Questions we often hear
Can every wall be washed?
Not every finish tolerates water. Matt paint and wallpaper are treated dry or very gently, while washable paint and tiles can be cleaned wet. We always test an inconspicuous spot first.
How much time does a deep clean need?
It depends on the size and condition of the space. After a visit or a look at your photos, your quote includes a realistic estimate.
You may also need
- Floor maintenance & floor treatmentVacuuming, mopping, machine scrubbing, stripping and sealing, matched to every floor type.
- Carpet, rug & upholstery cleaningFitted carpet, carpet tiles, rugs and upholstery, each cleaned with the technique its fibre needs.
- Disinfection & sanitisationTargeted disinfection of high-touch points, washrooms, treatment rooms and vehicles.
