How we go about it

  1. Getting to know your floor

Material, finish and current condition point us to the right approach.

  2. Test patch

Before any treatment, we try it on an inconspicuous area.

  3. The work itself

Outside your hours of use, with careful attention to drying times and access.

  4. Care advice

You receive simple advice for everyday care between two treatments.

What shapes the price

No two jobs are alike. Your quote takes these factors into account:

  • Type and surface area of the floor
  • Current condition and old coatings
  • Access and furniture to be moved
  • Drying time and the slots available
  • Maintenance frequency required

Our methods

Questions we often hear

Can a dull floor be made to shine again?

Very often, depending on the material. Sometimes a machine clean is enough; sometimes the floor needs stripping and a new protective coat. A test shows us what is realistic.

Can parquet be cleaned with steam?

No: steam and too much water can make wood swell. We clean parquet with very little moisture and a product suited to its oil or lacquer finish.
