Our methods
- Microfibre & colour-coded zonesMicrofibre cloths and mops trap the finest dirt using very little water or product. Each zone (washrooms, kitchen, offices) has its own colour, so dirt is never carried from one room to the next.
- Scrubber-dryerScrubs, rinses and collects the dirty water in one go. Fast on large hard floors, and safe, as the floor is dry almost straight away.
- EncapsulationA product locks the dirt into crystals, which are picked up at the next vacuuming. Very little moisture is used, so the carpet can be walked on again almost immediately.
Questions we often hear
Can you clean outside our office hours?
Of course; it is what most of our clients choose. We agree fixed slots (early morning, evening or weekend) and put the access and alarm arrangements in writing.
Do we have to commit to a fixed frequency?
You decide. Many offices pair a short daily round for the toilets and kitchen with a fuller weekly clean and a deep clean from time to time.
Who provides the products and equipment?
We bring all the cleaning equipment and products. Consumables such as toilet paper and soap can come from your own stock, or we can supply them if you prefer.
