What shapes the price
No two jobs are alike. Your quote takes these factors into account:
- Surface area and number of rooms
- Method chosen
- How urgent it is
- How often it is needed
- Requirements specific to your sector
Our methods
- Contact disinfectionWe clean first, then disinfect with an authorised biocide, respecting the required contact time. The focus is on touch points and high-risk areas.
- Disinfection by foggingAn authorised disinfectant is released as a fine mist into an empty, closed room. It complements cleaning by hand; it never replaces it.
- Dry steamVery hot steam carrying little moisture dissolves grease and deposits with minimal product. Ideal for grout, washrooms, stainless steel and kitchens.
- Microfibre & colour-coded zonesMicrofibre cloths and mops trap the finest dirt using very little water or product. Each zone (washrooms, kitchen, offices) has its own colour, so dirt is never carried from one room to the next.
Questions we often hear
Is fogging more effective than disinfecting by hand?
The two complement each other. Fogging reaches awkward spots in an empty room, but it never replaces removing visible dirt. We advise case by case.
