How we go about it
First meeting
We walk through your home with you, noting your priorities and anything that needs special care, such as a delicate floor or a pet.
Your checklist
You receive a clear list of what each visit covers and what we add from time to time.
Visit after visit
We arrive at the agreed time, with the same person whenever possible, so your home stays in familiar hands.
Fine-tuning
Has something changed at home? The list or the frequency can be adjusted in no time.
What shapes the price
No two jobs are alike. Your quote takes these factors into account:
- Size of your home and how many bathrooms it has
- Regular schedule or one-off visit
- Condition of the home at our first visit
- Extras such as windows, ironing or inside appliances
- Access and parking nearby
Our methods
- Microfibre & colour-coded zonesMicrofibre cloths and mops trap the finest dirt using very little water or product. Each zone (washrooms, kitchen, offices) has its own colour, so dirt is never carried from one room to the next.
- Dry steamVery hot steam carrying little moisture dissolves grease and deposits with minimal product. Ideal for grout, washrooms, stainless steel and kitchens.
Questions we often hear
Do I need to be home while you clean?
Not at all. Many clients leave us a key or a code, and we agree together how it is kept secure.
Can I pay with service vouchers (titres-services)?
No, we are not a registered service-voucher company. We invoice per visit or monthly, and the payment terms are set out in your quote.
Do you supply the cleaning products?
Yes, everything we need. If you prefer particular products, for natural stone or an oiled parquet floor for instance, just let us know and we will take it into account.
